If you are our customer, you would have noticed that we have something for chia seeds. We use them in our salads, breakfast bowls, and we enjoy the endless pudding combinations. On the other hand, what makes this seed very special is the gel-like texture it forms when added to a liquid, so you can add it to milk, juice, or water and you'll get a happy pudding!

Chia seeds are low in calories compared to other seeds and they can also be added to salads or sandwiches without affecting the flavor. Their taste is neutral and can go with almost all ingredients.

But the most important thing about Chia seeds is their health benefits! The are very nutritious and they add value to our meals.

Studies are still needed to confirm some of the claimed health benefits of chia seeds, but till this moment chia seeds are nutritious, healthy, and a smart ingredient to be added to your diet!
